- Go to Channels in your dashboard.
- Select Website Chat.
- Copy the provided code snippet.
- Paste it into your website’s HTML, just before the closing
</body>tag. - For WordPress or site builders, paste the code into a custom HTML or header script section.
Once installed, the chat widget will appear on your site and begin receiving messages automatically.
Can I use the widget on multiple sites?
Yes. Install the snippet on every domain you want to support.
Will the widget work on mobile?
Yes. The widget is responsive and adapts to mobile screens.
