How to Connect Email Support to BranteHQ

BranteHQ allows you to manage customer emails alongside chat conversations.

To connect email support:

  1. Navigate to Channels → Email.
  2. BranteHQ generates a support email address for your business.
  3. Forward your existing support emails to this address or configure domain settings.

Incoming emails appear in your inbox as conversations. Replies sent from BranteHQ are delivered as standard emails to customers.

This enables a unified support workflow across chat and email.

Can I connect more than one inbox?
Yes. Each inbox can have its own routing rules and AI settings.

Do customers see a new sender address?
No. Replies are sent from your existing support address.
