  2. The message appears in your BranteHQ inbox.
  3. The AI reviews the message using your supplied information.
  4. If confidence is high, the AI replies automatically.
  5. If uncertain, a human agent can send a manual response.
  6. Conversations are stored so your team can view history and respond later.

Can I prevent automatic replies?
Yes. You can set the AI to suggestion-only mode and require human approval.

What happens to conversation history?
All messages are stored securely so your team can review context and follow up later.
