Section titled “Summary”After signing up, the first step in BranteHQ is creating your business. A business represents the company or brand whose customer support you manage.

- Log in to your dashboard.
- Click Create Business.
- Enter your business name and basic details.
Once created, your business becomes the workspace where you:
- Connect channels
- Manage conversations
- Train AI
- Invite team members
You can manage multiple businesses under one account if needed.
What does a business represent in BranteHQ?
It’s the workspace for one brand, including channels, inbox settings, AI training, and team members.
Can I create multiple businesses?
Yes. You can manage multiple brands or regions under one account.
